|Recommended: NoI love on an HOA — Management is constantly inspecting everything and demanding repairs over the smallest thing or be charged extra, constant noise complaints and apparently drug use I have been here 2 months and feel like I'm in prison this is not a good and friendly place to live I'm sick of getting reports on my door with vague complaints doe things I haven't done
Hi Mr. Joseph, Our Management Team is required to complete weekly inspections of all our properties. We work very hard in maintaining a clean a safe environment for all Residents. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy, please feel free to contact the office as you have done so recently and Management will be happy to discuss your current Lease with you again. We welcome questions and you are more than welcome to come into the office and speak with our staff. You may also refer to your current Lease for rules and regulations for clarification or any misunderstanding.

Thank you for the kind words and we are always looking for ways to help with parking. Unfortunately, the City of New Albany would not approve the permit to allow us to add more parking. Please let us know if you have any other concerns.
